Apple-Cheese Doggie Bites

1 cup whole-meal wheat flour
1 cup brown rice flour
½ cup wheat-germ
1 cup applesauce (or stewed apples for babies)
½ cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
2 Tablespoons organic honey
1/3 cup water
• Combine all ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
• Roll or press out onto a floured surface until ¼ inch thick and cut out into shapes…OR if you prefer…just pat into little flat circles onto a slightly greased cookie sheet. (This is what I did with mine.)
• Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes…check often!
• Let cool and then store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
